In this role, you will be the person who helps develop the next generation of leaders at ADP. Through our diverse early talent opportunities, we aim to align high potential individuals into a full-time hire pipeline for ADP’s future leadership needs. The incumbent will manage early talent programs by planning, organizing, controlling, and deploying key milestones and deliverables in partnership with internal and external agencies. You will connect young and motivated talent to entry-level opportunities in the Global Product Talent organization (GPT.)


To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will provide a seamless experience for our campus hires to assimilate to ADP within the GPT organization. In partnership with the HR and technology leadership, they will enhance the program to ensure new hires are effectively on-boarded and receive appropriate technology and enterprise training in addition to facilitating networking opportunities for technology leadership with the campus new hires. You will manage end-to-end processes that create impact at a global scale.


The ideal candidate will act as the key HR point of contact for tech Campus new hires for the duration of the program. They will partner with vendors, train technology leaders and mentors to ensure role responsibilities and expectations related to the program are met. The candidate will work effectively at scale and will forge partnerships with Finance and Human Resources to manage early talent positions and funding transfer activities. They will serve as a liaison between Talent Acquisition and Department Leaders/People Leaders to gather information for early talent placement (hiring manager, start dates, job/role descriptions.)


You’ll do whatever it takes to keep the program moving. No two days are the same. The ideal candidate must have the ability to manage priorities against tight timelines, demonstrate backbone as well as a sense of urgency, and employ common sense approach to solving complex problems. Finally, they have a passion for supporting early talent cohorts and designing experiences to shape, develop, and empower early talent career.

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

  • Communications. You'll share information with your teammates, mark milestones, and provide metrics and status updates to the Early Talent team and project sponsors.
  • Organization. As a program manager, you are very organized, and you keep everyone on task. You'll stay on top of the schedule, remove barriers, identify dependencies, and mitigate risks.
  • Variety of tasks. There is no typical day. You could coach a teammate, deliver a status update to executives in other departments, or make sure we have deployed our resources in the best possible way. You will manage many competing priorities, so a fast pace should not concern you. You’ll review and recommend project plans for conformance to program strategy. You pride yourself on having flexibility and agility and can change directions without a second thought.
  • Servant Leadership. Your job is to help everyone else work better. What tasks or issues can you handle so your team can keep working? What barriers can you remove?
  • Experience. You'll have a bachelor’s degree OR 3 - 5 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
