Wind Project Controls Specialist (m/d/f)

Role Summary:The Wind Project Controls Specialist (m/d/f) controls the project schedule and supports the Project Manager in the execution of Wind Projects. The Specialist develops and maintains overviews to support project success.

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Manage material and resource allocation with involved parties such as Project Managers,

Sourcing, Manufacturing, Field Operations to generate a complete project status overview.

+ Interact with different functions to identify risks and develop mitigation plans.

+ Ensures project

implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project

planning scenario.

+ Responsible for monitoring progress and producing accurate projections of time

and cost.

+ Ensures other functions have access to accurate current reports and projections and

relevant reports are available for the customer.


+ BS / BA Degree preferably in Technical or Business discipline or finished apprenticeship in

commercial sector

+ Experience in an operations intensive function, preferably Project Management, but also

Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sourcing or other functions

+ Knowledge and in Planning / Scheduling / Monitoring / Cost Controls.

+ Strong MS Office skills especially MS Excel / MS Access

+ Persistence in analyzing data

+ Self-motivated, excellent work prioritization, highly reliable, team player

+ Good communication and presentation skills in both English and German

Desired Characteristics:

+ Experience developing and managing integrated project schedules in a matrix organization using industry standard software, preferably

Oracle or Primavera P6.

+ VBA programming knowledge & experience in designing new processes and driving enhancements

+ Green Belt certification desired
