Role Summary:The Modality VP, Womens Health USCAN is responsible to lead the MR Modality business for the Region. Key responsibilities include driving profitable growth through market share, Orders, Margin OP attainment - as well as price/margin. Also, this leader will engage early in strategic deals..i.e. academics, interlock with global marketing and region field marketing/sales organization and regionalize global product content tailored to customer segmentation - to achieve growth.

Essential Responsibilities:



+ Run the Modality business for the Region Drive profitable growth through market share, Orders, Margin OP attainment Price/Margin (secondary)



+ Engage early in strategic deals..i.e. academics Interlock with global marketing and region field marketing/sales organization



+ Regionalize global product content tailored to customer segmentation



+ Develop & activate positioning playbooks to gain share and maximize price



+ Develop Install base marketing growth programs to increase funnel, accelerate sales cycle and increase win rate



+ Develop evidence generation, regional show site, regional KOLs, regional references



+ Training, targeted activation programs & promotion strategies targeted world-class NPI launches



+ Develop and deliver training and expertise via Region Modality Leaders







Qualifications/Requirements:



+ Minimum of 5 years of successful sales/marketing leadership experience within an Imaging organization.



+ Minimum of 2 years of successful senior level sales management and general management experience



+ Minimum of 7 years in healthcare industry



+ Willingness and ability to travel



+ Strong management skills and capability to develop talents



+ Strongly compliance driven

+ Demonstrated mastery in a minimum of 3 critical leadership behaviors; act with humility, lead with transparency and deliver with focus



+ Proven personal improvement through a development plan with commensurate action plans and measurement criteria.



+ Strong business acumen, financial and organizational knowledge



+ Technical competency in using financial reporting tools





+ Technical knowledge of the GEHC industry



+ Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team



+ Ability to engage with and deliver GE value proposition to senior level contacts within account and/or prospect organizations



+ Ability to negotiate complex and strategic contracts





+ Adaptable and flexible to work environment including, but not limited to, handling multiple tasks concurrently, and easily adapting to new assignments, system, tools



+ Produce clear, concise, accurate written communication, clearly conveying thoughts and ideas to peers, management, and customers



+ Establish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management, and customers displaying willingness to understand diverse points of view



+ Learn and apply new initiatives to account plans and strategy.





+ Multiple years of GEHC experience preferred



+ Familiarity with other GE Healthcare sales teams and structures desirable



+ Knowledge and experience of large complex sales and marketing processes



+ Proven track record of sales success and sales team rigor
