Upon resumption of normal operations, this role may be performed at our Depew, New York office.

We are recruiting for a Vice President in our Sales Operations Team in HSBC’s Wholesale Cash Payments business, called Global Liquidity and Cash Management (GLCM). This role will partner with the North American Sales Leadership Team to assist in running the function, and contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives. Although this role is not client facing, it is a good opportunity for the right candidate, who in due course, aspires to move into a Sales role.

  • Analysis of Sales performance vs targets across a wide array of measures
  • Become a trusted ally to the senior end of the Sales Team (Director and Managing Director level) to drive local initiatives
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Sales Operations Team in other regions, and with the Global Head in London, on global projects
  • Become a business-side (non IT) subject matter expert on the CRM system, and provide first line support, best practice guidance to Sales Officers in North America
  • Co-ordinate the North American high risk deal governance committee
