We are looking for a talented Vehicle Coordinator who is responsible for using their skills to work with the Project Manager to coordinate durability drivers' activities in mileage accumulation projects. This includes travel reservations, expense reporting, labor tracking, and route support. 


Main Responsibilities:

  • Travel reservations for durability drivers including hotel reservations.

  • Submit/send route information and route updates to the drivers.

  • Track daily labor entries and prepare labor reports.

  • Review driver expenses via credit card and fuel card expenditures.

  • Compile and distribute daily driver logs to Project Manager and Project Team

  • Schedule vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tires, air filters, etc.

  • Maintain driver schedules including requesting additional or replacement drivers as the project dictates.

  • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required

  • Ensure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipment.

  • Adherence to company policies.

  • Adherence to LINK quality process and procedures and identify continuous improvement opportunities implementing through our quality system.

  • Be a role model and advocate of the LINK culture that is consistent and emphasizes the identified mission, vision, and values of the organization.

  • Embody the Ownership Brand Driver (Accountability, Commitment, Can-Do Attitude, Courage, & Humility) 



  • High School diploma or GED minimum

  • 2 years relevant work experience in project management (automotive preferred)

  • Proven written and verbal communications abilities

  • Understand basic accounting principles ie. journal entries, general ledger, etc.

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office:  Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Associates Degree in Business; preferred

  • Two years experience working in customer service

  • Good work ethic and interpersonal skills



  • This position is located in an office and involves sedentary work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.

  • Ability to work overtime, nights or weekends (as needed)
