This role supports functional training needs of operational groups. Training Specialist performs learning needs analysis, recommends learning solutions, designs and updates training programs, develops learning tools and materials, delivers training or facilitates other learning events, mentors supporting operational trainers according to need, analyzes training results, and performs related administrative tasks.

Role Responsibilities

  • Learning needs analysis and issuing recommendations in order to advance and improve standardization of learning product.
  • Design and development of training programs for onboarding new hires, guiding and upskilling Customer Service Representatives
  • Training delivery in order to support the performance of the various lines of business.
  • Training data analysis and administrative tasks to allow for proper reporting and analysis.

Role Requirements

  • Business/Industry Experience - 9+ months in functions similar to those the Training team supports.
  • Education - Bachelor's degree
  • Communication Skills Advanced, Fluency in English (written and spoken). Confident public speaker. Ability to communicate at ease with supervisor/manager/leader levels.
  • Management Experience - Considered an advantage.
  • Certifications Basic understanding of adult learning methodologies or employee training experience
  • Technical Skills - Intermediate knowledge of the main MS Office tools. Knowledge of instructional design considered an advantage.
  • Soft Skills - Facilitation skills, mentoring / coaching, proactiveness, collaboration, attentiveness to detail, analytical skills, growth mindset
  • Flexible and willing to Travel.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules.
