The Production Operations Training Specialist for Healthcare Services CRC MSP Recovery is responsible for operational client program, workflow and job duties training in assigned business focus, which may include Group Health Plan (GHP) and/or Non-Group Health Plan (NGHP). This position partners with applicable operational business leaders, including compliance,  to identify training needs; is responsible for developing and maintaining training content, materials and/or process documents; develops training delivery plans and delivers training; measures training effectiveness and develops approaches for continuous improvement; and, 

Employ a variety of methods to maintain current in-depth knowledge, requirements and subject matter expertise for assigned business segments, including dynamic changes.
Maintain understanding of client and legal regulatory and compliance requirements.
Plans, coordinates, and delivers new hire training, as well as ongoing training as required for periodic refreshers, performance improvement, new or modified operating procedures, workflows, tools, requirements, etc. 
Has responsibility for oversight of new hires during training and assimilation period prior to assignment and integration to the existing operational team. Partners with management and human resources to address employee relations matters with new hires. 
Partners with applicable management and/or internal resources as required to develop, modify, deliver, and evaluate operational training content and materials.
Reviews divisional, focus group, team, and employee level operational reports and statistics, and on-the-floor observations to identify trends of activity that may benefit from additional training, modifications to training, or process, procedure or policy improvement opportunity with the objective of maximizing efficiency, quality and overall operational results. 
Contributes to the development of training assessment and training effectiveness tools and methods to be used by the operational training group. 
Collects and analyzes training feedback from multiple angles, operational data, and individual results to develop and employ methods to address knowledge or performance gap and continuous improvement of training. 
Advises management of operational knowledge/training gaps, staff development issues, and other observations and areas of opportunity that may involve operations training.  Makes recommendations, develops and delivers training action plans to address deficiencies, needs, and opportunities.
Identifies and leverages a variety of appropriate training delivery methods and tools based upon content to ensure knowledge transfer, as well as efficiency in training records management effectively in both remote/virtual classroom as well as in-office training.
Responsible for maintaining the calendar of assigned training, and ensuring that training is scheduled and delivered based upon internally developed timelines, legal and contractual requirements, as applicable. 
Leverages systems and tools to build programs and curriculum aligned with adult learning principles as track and report on training activity in compliance with client, departmental and CMMI requirements.
Provides instruction and direction to employees on proper usage of on-line training tools. 
Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of client needs, organizational objectives, as well as an understanding of company operating policies and procedures.  
Regularly interacts with management at all levels.  Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations and without damage to the relationship.
Demonstrate the ability to work in team environment where collaboration and the knowledge transfer process are critical for success.
Develop ideas and proposals for continuous improvement of training tools and infrastructure.
Identifies and replicates best practices.
Perform other incidentals and related duties as required and assigned.

Required Skills and Knowledge:
Strong skills in leveraging tools and technologies for developing and delivering effective on-line and in-classroom training courses and content.

Must possess and maintain subject matter expertise and knowledge credibility in assigned operational focus, which may include one or more areas such as Group Health Plans (GHP), Non-Group Health Plans (NGHP), Outreach, or Compliance programs.  
Demonstrated technical competence to quickly learn and levearge various applications and tools.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to obtain and maintain client required clearancesas well as pass company regular background and/or drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

**NOTE: Must be able to meet requirements for andperform work assignments in accordance with Company policies and expectationson a home remote basis (and must meet Performant remote-worker requirements)until at which time staff may be notified and required to work from aPerformant office location on an ad-hoc or periodic basis.

Basic office equipment required to perform remote workis provided by the company.

Job is performed in a standard busy office environmentwith moderate noise level (or may be home-office setting subject to Companyapproval and Teleworker Agreement), sits at a desk during scheduled shift, usesoffice phone or headset provided by the Company for calls, making outboundcalls and answering inbound return calls using an office phone system; views acomputer monitor, types on a keyboard, and uses a mouse.

Reads and comprehends information in electronic(computer) or paper form (written/printed).

Sit/stand 8 or more hours per day; has the option tostand as needed while on calls; reach as needed to use office equipment.

Consistently viewing a computer screen and typesfrequently, but not constantly, using a keyboard to update accounts.

Consistently communicates on the phone as requiredprimarily within the department and company and may include client contacts orother third-party depending on assignment with account holders, may dialmanually when need or use dialer system; headset is also provided.

Occasionally lift/carry/push/pull up to 10lbs.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or relevant area preferred, but not required.
Five years or more relevant experience demonstrating necessary skills for the position
Previous experience demonstrating the ability to develop and deliver operational training to diverse audiences.
Experience and demonstrated expertise in Healthcare Recovery Services operational function , specifically CMS MSP (Medicare Secondary Payer) GHP and/or NGHP highly preferred.
