Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to other grant staff in recruitment and advising/counseling for grant participants.
  • Student tracking and data entry.
  • Perform course scheduling, registration, and coordinate course logistics (including the purchase of supplies, equipment, and preparing course materials).
  • Select and purchase textbooks.
  • Collect, organize, and write curriculum.
  • Track and approve certain budget expenditures.
  • Coordinate and conduct training for students and/or instructors.




Additional Job Functions:
  • Manage grant laptop program. Including conduct all laptop deployments, write laptop procedure manual and update laptop policy.
  • With project coordinator: provide first level technical support, and work with students to navigate the vendor warranty for the laptops/WiFi. Act as intermediary for the student and vendors.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

  • Bachelor's degree in field of grant project or related area

  • Five years experience in field of grant project
  • Two years curriculum writing experience
  • Five years training experience in field of grant project


Salary Grade: 22

Salary is based on the Board-approved salary schedule for the current fiscal year. See Salary Schedule
