Position Summary:
Execution and maintenance of Therapeutic Area project initiatives supporting TA Head with strategy activities and TA physician with clinical activities.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Therapeutic Area (TA) Head in building the TA strategy (coordinate Specialty Strategy Team meetings monthly/quarterly); create meeting agenda, assist with presentation materials, draft and store minutes/action items.
  • Support TA Head with TA team meetings: create agenda, collect materials, draft minutes and action items, keep those responsible for action items accountable; as well as any ad-hoc special projects.
  • Work with TA physicians on clinical department meetings (ex: study team meetings, clinical development meetings, clinical program meetings, TCs with investigator, etc.).
  • Support clinical development meetings for specific TA; support ongoing study activities and maintain updated Clinical Development Plans (CDPs). Work closely with clinical physician leading the clinical development meetings on a monthly basis. Create and distribute agenda, collect materials and assist with necessary presentations, attend and facilitate clinical development meetings, draft meeting minutes and distribute to team members in a timely manner as well as follow up on action items. Save all meeting minutes to appropriate sharepoint site for proper documentation.
  • Support the clinical team in ongoing activities including: preparing materials to the Data Monitoring Committee and Steering Committee meetings, the collection and transfer of patients source data to the Data Monitoring Committee, coordinating webcasts to investigators and other activities by demand.
  • Coordinate activities and work collaboratively with other functions: GCO, GMA, Legal, Compliance, PhV and SCD Management
  • Assist clinical physicians in preparation of power point presentations and excel reports; request articles from NORM as needed.
  • Support process improvements and/or training needs and opportunities identified in therapeutic area.
  • Maintain and continuously update sharepoint team room site for therapeutic area.
  • Support preparation of documents and IND/NDA/CTD and other regulatory documents (ex: briefing document).
  • Assist, coordinate and attend Advisory Board Meetings (ensure meeting is compliant according to Tevas expectations/policies, locate experts, collaborate with meeting planners, act as point of contact for consultants, assist with compliance requests and legal agreements, gather all financial forms before meeting as well as gathering expenses and invoices from experts after meeting in a timely manner) and assist where necessary with investigator meetings.
