**Roles & Responsibilities:**



+ Verify conformance to specification by measuring and testing during in-house manufacturing

+ Perform incoming goods control, product inspections, witness points to control quality for items from external suppliers

+ Develops new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations

+ Working together with senior business leadership team. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done

+ Delivers products as part of a team

+ Works on cross functional teams

+ Alternatively: Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods



**Required Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor Degree in Electrical and/or Electronical Engineering

+ Minimum 1 year experience in quality, manufacturing, maintenance and engineering divisions

+ Having an experience at site operations supervisory

+ Fluent in English

+ Demonstrated technical aptitude & discussions and a passion for quality

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills



**Desired Qualifications:**



+ Experience in high/medium voltage, power system etc.

+ Effective problem-solving skills

+ Effective technical commination skills

+ High voltage testing experience

+ IEC/IEEE testing standard knowledge in power transformers/reactors

+ IEC17025 standard knowledge
