OVERVIEW: The Territory Manager Non-Hub will be responsible for achieving annual sales and or profit goals through efficient management, networking and satisfaction of customer needs. This business includes both existing and new customers, as well as strategic partner alliances.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for achieving assigned sales quota.
- Responsible for operating within approved and assigned budget.
- Responsible for management of strategic partners, existing and new business relationships.
- Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of activity and other related KPIs.
- Responsible to learn and know how to professionally present, demonstrate, and sell all products.
- Provide sales support and associated activities to Hubs and GMs when necessary, nationwide.
- Responsible for performing product in-service training as needed.
- Assist in the collection of market feedback on products, competition and market conditions to management.
- Assist VP of Institutional Sales in complex contract negotiation as required.
- Present executive level presentations to key or potential new customers
- Additional duties as required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical & safety procedures or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from group of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TRAINING:
- Bachelors Degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a four year college or university; and 5+ years of business development, marketing and or proven sales experience; along with 5+ years of Post Care & Acute Care experience in a DME field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES OR REGISTRATIONS:
- List of licenses, certificates or registration that are required to perform the essential duties of this job.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required. Proficiency in an ERP / CRM system, such as Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- The employee may occasionally stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch during shift. Employee will be required to regularly sit, use hand to finger, handle, feel and reach with hands and arms. Employee must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 50 lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This position works in an environment with moderate noise levels.
TRAVEL:
- This position travels 80 90% of the time.
