Technology Solutions Development Leader

Role Summary:This position will drive growth in service, software, and outcome-driven revenue with clients through digital technology solutions developed and connected to the GE Healthcare portfolio. This commercial role will work closely with our USCAN Service Sales Teams and Account Executives in enabling outcomes through large incremental deals, increasing perceived value of GEHC, and unlocking growth at time of large service agreement renewals.

Essential Responsibilities:The Technology Solutions Development Leader will develop and grow strong domain expertise in digital solutions which directly support the backbone of our GE Healthcare Service programs. This position will execute deal strategy for large, complex opportunities; leveraging advanced software, data and analytics. You will drive key activities, including prospecting, strategy planning, and executive relationship development. You will differentiate GE Healthcare through various technologies, including, but not limited to Encompass Real-Time Location System capabilities, Skeye medical device cybersecurity services, and Imaging Insights.

This position will report to the USCAN Commercial Manager Technology Solutions and have direct alignment into the USCAN Markets consisting of: Northstar, Chicago, Lake Erie, and Ohio Valley.









Job Responsibilities:



Establish a deep understanding of customers business needs by creating value to customers for our solution footprint



Ability to articulate complex processes/offerings in a simple way that is easy to understand



Add value to the customers business and maintain a goal-oriented approach to the business



Demonstrate to customers how they benefit by partnering with GE and how our solutions deliver results



Analyze sales pipeline and maintain an array of opportunities to ensure that sales goals are achieved



Work in close partnership and collaboration with Service Sales, Client Service Executives, HTM Development Leaders, and broader account community on designing and executing sales strategies that will lead to successful outcomes



Actively grow and maintain a multi-year account plan that will be shared with parts of our business



Ability to serve as a liaison through implementation while possessing a responsibility of account ownership and accountability



Subject matter expert in Healthcare IT/OT with ability to translate technology into why based on healthcare economics



Ability to dig into data to draw out insights to create a sales narrative; willing to roll up sleeves



Professional and genuine interest in Healthcare IoT, asset performance management, and client experience in relation to software and analytics



Build strong business relationships and formulate account strategies and plans to continuously strengthen relationships within the assigned accounts/ territory.



Identify & respond to key account technical and departmental decision makers needs and maintain customer contact records in the relevant CRM tools





Qualifications/Requirements:



+ Minimum of a Bachelors Degree



+ Minimum of 5 or more years experience working in sales, business development, and/or operations functions experience in Software and/or Healthcare industry strongly preferred



+ Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions-based sales approach; comfortable engaging with clients at the CIO and CISO level



+ Strong capacity and drive to develop career



+ Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization



+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills



+ Excellent organizational skills



+ Willingness to travel up to 30%- 40% of the time



+ Preferably live within the USCAN Commercial Region assigned, and able to work remotely







Desired Characteristics:



+ Healthcare experience



+ Strong track record in high technology product sales / solutions



+ A proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability



+ Experience in closing large deals in industrial / technology markets



+ Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors
