Responsible to execute the contract signed with the customer in terms of operations & maintenance, assigning field service team.

Responsible for managing and optimizing resources (personnel, tools, parts, technical support), to continuously improve Site/Area operations in terms of quality, cost and scalability in coordination with Field Operations Manager.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities :Resource planning and dispatching for work orders related to the different service demand streamsManage staffing plan for hiring, replacements, and additional labor/contingent workersField Technicians Training Plan and qualification management Field TechniciansTime cards approverOwner of eServices,I.E.: task creation, dispatching, debrief approvalFacilitate parts availability for operations and maintain inventory in systemsTools availability for operations, including tools order and returningCranes coordination as required from cranes coordinatorsImplement measures to reduce cost and to increase productivityAdapt area operations to European Services operations standardTechnical issues, ownership, escalation and follow up through clarifyTechnical support for commercial offerCollaboration with other functions to improve processesSite Safety rules communicationEHS documentation for operations including customers & suppliersEHS equipment provisioning and inspectionsSupport EHS siteAuditsQualifications/Requirements :GE Training required: Tech 2 trainings completed Tech 3 on going or plannedSome Experience Master CraftsmansDiploma / CertifiedEngineer or professionaleducation in electro-mechanical or electrical engineering sector with significant technicalexperience with Wind TurbinesServices Team Leader experience or equivalent knowledge or experienceBasic commercial knowledgeStrong communication skillsFamiliar with MSOffice, Oracle applications, EServiceStructured method of working and analytical abilitiesWilling to abandon bureaucracy and continuously seeking for new ways and improvementsHigh degree of flexibility and able to work under time constraintsMotivated person with can do attitudeAble to travel inland and abroad.Native speaker local language, fluency in EnglishDriving LicenseEU Work PermitNon-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to beable to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and BankAccount in Spain.They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring.
