Relentless pursuit of better
You will be performs complex settlement operations tasks, ensuring the daily / monthly operational KPIs are met, provides high quality and timely support to complex requests of the agents and business partners, initiates and participates in the projects related to settlement operations, suggest procedures and processes improvements or product upgrades and its implementation, ensures the controls of the processes comply with the rules and regulations of the company, establish and maintain relationships with assigned business units, provide trainings to new and existing staff. The position helps to perform complex daily / monthly settlement operational activities and represent the settlement operation function for the specific WU entity / product / process.
You will need to have previous experience in Payment, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Settlement Operations, Finance, Banking sectors / areas; 1 year of people management skills is an advantage. You will have bachelor or Higher Education in Finance, Economics, Maths or similar education and also you will need to have Microsoft Office savvy, Automation tool knowledge is an advantage, sound communication and training skills, Fluent English language skills, outstanding problem-solving skills, attention to details, end to end product /process knowledge, people management skills.
