ADP is hiring a Talent & Performance Manager. The role of Manager, Talent & Performance is responsible for partnering to develop and implement enterprise talent & performance acceleration solutions (i.e., processes, tools, methodologies and insights) that contribute to the creation of clear talent strategies that drive our business strategy. This professional will maintain collaborative relationships across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure talent solutions initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently -- introducing innovative approaches while maintaining practical application. Key areas of focus may include Organizational Surveys and Talent Assessments, Performance Management, and Organizational Research and Insights. The role requires experience and expertise in designing and managing talent and organizational processes (e.g., global surveys, assessments, talent planning, performance management processes) at large organizations, as well as skills in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with key HR and business stakeholders across the enterprise to design and deliver critical Talent, Performance and Organizational Sensing processes such as the MyVoice Culture Survey, Exit Survey, Executive Assessments, Engagement Pulse and Performance Pulse, among other tools.
  • Leverage Talent, Performance, Engagement and Retention data to conduct organizational research and analyses that deliver impactful insights for the organization.
  • Partner with senior Talent & Performance Acceleration leaders to deliver initiatives such as the Global Performance Management Process and Career Growth & Development programs and events.
  • Conduct additional ad-hoc organizational surveys to address key research questions to gain insights that inform our talent practices and decisions.
  • Partner with the HR People Analytics team to develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to automate the analysis and reporting of metrics.
  • Provide assistance in producing and preparing presentations, research and other published materials for the team.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree; Master's Preferred
  • 5 to 8 years directly related experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 
  • PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior or related field preferred
