Talent Acquisition Specialist Role Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a top-notch candidate experience while supporting high volume job requisitions. This will be achieved by ensuring that the full lifecycle recruiting process stays organized and adheres to timelines with an eye for urgency and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively evaluate candidate qualifications through resume review, phone and video interviews, and other selection assessments

  • Extend verbal offers, offer letters, pre-hire paperwork, and oversee pre-hire testing for candidates and triage any preliminary employment/benefits questions

  • Responsible for the opening and closing of requisitions, adhering to preestablished compliance practices

  • Document and update prospect records in multiple databases/tracking systems

  • Build strong relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities

  • Assist in supporting company talent programs such as Employee Referral Programs, as needed

  • Enable the hiring of top talent by adhering to established timeframes to allow for efficient recruiting and hiring

  • Assist with ongoing process improvements by identifying opportunities for and adapting quickly to department procedure and policy changes.

  • Collaborate with Operations Recruiting Team Lead and Operations management to share candidate feedback to improve selection process

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree

  • 1+ years' work experience in a recruiting or customer service capacity

  • Proficiency of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
