Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) - limited for 12 months

Role Summary:You will be responsible for wing to wing standard recruitment process, including but not limited to: compliant job postings, job launch, sourcing, phone screens, candidate assessments, candidate tracking and status updates, interview feedback, conveying compensation expectations, offer extension and candidate relationships.You will also coordinate recruiting process activities with key stakeholders, hiring/closing candidates, and understands the full life cycle of the recruitment process.

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Manage wing to wing recruiting activity, predominantly for GE Renewable Energy in DACH

+ Stakeholders include Talent Recruitment team members, specific Hiring Managers, relevant HR counterparts, HR Operations and all candidates

+ Create attractive & compliant external job postings

+ Conduct job launch meeting with Hiring Manager/Human Resource Manager, set process & communication expectations

+ Utilize sourcing channel, job boards and social media

+ Use active candidate pipeline to identify top talent for your specific job requisitions and track through Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

+ Collect required documentation for screening

+ Interview and evaluate candidates to qualify them for the role

+ Qualify candidates using the available job description information, references, technical screens and test sources

+ Be capable of managing the verbal offer process

+ Monitor performance metrics via Global Talent Recruitment Metrics portal. Understand Business targets & personal performance

+ Help support GEs diversity initiatives & strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company

+ Ensure Local country knowledge of staffing & process compliance is followed

+ Learn about & understand your business/function/region

+ Present the best GE to enhance the Candidate Experience (e.g.: timely & relevant communication)

+ Able to join Global Talent Recruitment led projects, provide input, act as Subject Matter Expert in process-driven projects and move forward on actions allocate


+ Bachelors Degree

+ Experience in recruiting

+ Fluency in both English and German

+ Accepts team membership and identifies with team goals.

+ Systematically breaks problems into component parts. Identifies a successful solution and quantifies the associated risks/outcomes of the solution. Prioritizes actions to solve problems

+ Actively initiates projects with energy, drive and a need to finish.

Desired Characteristics:

+ Seeks to understand the need for recruiting subject matter domain expertise.

+ Seeks understanding of sourcing processes and techniques, utilizes boolean searches in order to find passive candidates.

+ Creates a basic list of passive and qualified leads. Works with team members of a talent team in order to enhance pipelining capabilities.

+ Gathers market data and landscape for the Hiring Manager

+ Demonstrates understanding of key cross-functional concepts that impact the company, business priorities, & organizational dynamics. Seeks to understand the products of their business (e.g. gas turbine engines) and fundamentals of their design & operation

+ Discerns and understands own role in team and in relationship to their function. Recognizes collaborative behavior and participates in collaborative activities.

+ Accepts team membership and identifies with team goals.
