SUMMARY: Provide a wide range of technical services in the areas of computer hardware, software, and networking. Administers, monitors, configures infrastructure servers, business and network operations. Provides suggestions and recommendations for new technology solutions to meet business requirements. Work with management to implement applications and technology solutions. Outstanding customer service and communication skills are required to support Dutra employees across the country.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties as may be assigned.

Business continuity/ disaster recovery
Proactive Cybersecurity measures, Microsoft security score, security hardening, security baseline policy, endpoint management, EDR/MDR/XDR
Audio Visual Services
Compliance & Security Standards: NIST SP 800-171A, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) 2.0, Payment Card Industry (PCI) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
COMPETENCIES:
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Proven and hands-on experience with Windows server operating systems
Proven experience with Azure Admin Portal, Azure Active Directory, and Single Sign On advanced hands-on
Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
Zoom VOIP, Linux OS knowledge a plus
Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and software/patch management, best security practices
VMWare virtualization and Network Attached Storage technologies
Data Backup/Recovery/ data retention experience and knowledge
Microsoft Office 365 and cloud services including SharePoint, Intune mobile device management/ mobile application management
Ability to conduct research into system issues and products
Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Database administration/SQL (creating, maintaining, SQL queries), a plus
Migration of a local Active Directory SQL server to Azure Active Directory, changing IP address and connection strings without breaking important database connections, a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or CIS preferred; 3 to 8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Work and/or educational background in engineering would be a plus.
Computer Skills: to perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced technical knowledge, skills, and experience. Preferred certifications: Azure Fundamentals, CCNP, MCSA, Network+, Security+, VCP.
Physical Presence: Regular and predictable physical presence in the corporate office is an essential qualification for this position due to the importance of aggressive timeframes under which the employee will operate, hands-on help ticket resolution, and the need for face-to-face interaction with managers and employees in all departments in order to properly perform job-related functions.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has some supervisory responsibilities. Day-to-day work direction of Desktop Support/IT Admin position.

PAY RANGE (DOE): $100,000 - $120,000 per year.

The Company may sometimes require an employee or worksite visitor to take a COVID-19 rapid test prior to entering a Company worksite. The purpose of this information is to keep all Company locations as safe as possible and to protect the health of Company employees, their families, and all others that visit the Companys worksites.
