**Job Description Summary**

The System Integrator will be responsible for the technical execution in bringing together component /

product subsystems into a whole and ensuring that those subsystems function together.

He / She shall be responsible for coordination with CoEs (Center of Excellence) and Project Office

functions. He / she shall ensure the technical choice is made to ensure the total cost and performance of

the product is in line with the target defined for the project as sold.



**Job Description**



Throughout the project



+ Be a single technical face to the customer - Technical co-ordination and follow-up with the customer or /and internal or external partner.

+ Receive and coordinate all technical input and feedback to the other parties in the process(design, site, and customer) from project start until Final Acceptance of Product and including the As Built information (with Fleet Support).

+ Participate to the project gate meetings. Ensure feedback of experience. Manage NCRs,

+ Design to cost and ensure planned engineering cost

+ Ensure engineering planning is on track, mitigate variation with partners



During engineering startup phase



+ Review customer contract and expresses it to engineering needs to be used by all engineering players

+ Define the engineering planning, Set up the documentation structure

+ Define the work packages for the CoEs (Responsible to provide work packages to the CoE for the project including the client requirements, the interfaces, the planning, the performance, reliability and cost as per his/her as sold scope.)

+ Organize concept design review, Deliver interface data to partners

+ Define the alternative and the possible optimization at design stage that can impact the design, the supplies or site activities as per the strategy defined by Product Management function.

+ Design to cost and ensure planned engineering cost



During Basic / Detail Design



+ Ensure design to cost, Ensure contract compliance for all technical topics, Design review

+ Ensure application of project documentation guideline, Deliver interface data to partners

+ Follow up exchange with customer (Accept or reject the change in case of deviations from customer requirement and manages changes and issue change orders)



Support to Purchasing / Sourcing, Manufacturing, Site



+ Notification to supply chain project that parts are ready for quotation

+ Engineering change management during the whole project life

+ Redirect technical request from to CoEs, As built Change management

+ Coordinate support for site technical requests with the different COEs
