Job Summary |
You must be a current UK student to apply for this position. This position is located off-campus with a local Lexington employer and is not affiliated with UK. Local Stair and Cabinet manufacturer (close to campus) is looking for students interested in working at least 20 hours a week (40 hours a week is preferred) this summer. We are flexible and will work with your schedule. The responsibilities of this position are assisting with building and installing various wood and metal stairs and cabinet assemblies in the shop as well as delivering completed assemblies to job sites. This is a great opportunity to learn life skills and be part of a positive team environment. Work Schedule is 8AM – 4:30PM M-F. NO WORKING ON WEEKENDS |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Interest in building things with wood or metal (We will train on the job). Willingness to work hard. Desire to have weekends off to pursue personal interests. |
