You are aware of what needs to be done and do it without hesitation Detail-oriented – You cross every “t” and dot every “I,” you pay attention to details to ensure everything is just right JOB DUTIES *What You Can Expect Day-to-Day* While no one day is the same, you’ll own and execute a variety of administrative and customer-oriented tasks to ensure the day runs smoothly and efficiently. Greets, welcomes, and directs guests Notifies tour guides of guests’ arrival Maintains security and telecommunications system Fields guest inquiries and responds/redirects accordingly Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories Ensures security by following opening and closing procedures Staff the phones and register Keeps a safe and clean reception area Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs Oversight of Inventory and stocking merchandise Booking adventure excursions Creates store display and pricing Cleaning and organizing of various spaces OUR COMPANY *Our Commitment to You* We are committed to your success.
