Job Summary
You must be a current UK student to apply for this position.

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated individual to assist with a variety of administrative tasks in the Real Estate Education Department. Mainly focusing on helping with instructional course design and implementation. This temporary position is an excellent opportunity to experience various aspects of the real estate industry and working within a state association.

Responsibilities:
  • Classroom and webinar management, including to monitor and assist during a class
  • Transferring of course content, materials, videos and documents into LMS system
  • Help to implement creative design elements into online courses
  • Auditing and editing of course content.
  • Assist Director of Education on projects in the pipeline as well as future projects
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Ideal candidates will have superb organizational, computer and communications skills and be willing to put in the time to make the most out of this experience. Extremely detail oriented, friendly and outgoing personality. Highly proficient in Google products and the ability to work autonomously or part of a team when needed. Must be professional and polished in demeanor and have the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
