Manage a seasonal staff of lifeguards, cashiers, and other pool personnel to ensure a safe and clean swimming experience at public pools; will ensure proper pool water chemistry, and filtering systems; provide financial reports; develop employee work schedules to ensure proper staffing levels; provide staff training; notify patrons and enforce pool rules; assist in bathhouse and pool maintenance and cleaning. Create a friendly customer service facility and perform any other duties assigned by the management. Working weekends and holidays may be required. Trainings are required before and during the season.
