  • Some tree and shrub identification skills with a high motivation to learn, some knowledge of insect pests and diseases common to our local ecosystem,
  • Experience with chemical and biological treatments would be a plus and a valid KY Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to acquire licensure),
  • We will provide hands on, onsite training with one of our experienced arborist as well as cross training on general tree crew field work.

Job Summary
Town Branch Tree Experts, Inc. is seeking entry level applicants for the position of Plant Health Care (PHC) Technician. This is a seasonal position with exceptional opportunities for the right candidate to grow into a full-time position.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
  • A valid KY driver license and clean driving record,
  • Trustworthiness, professional demeanor, ability to work independently once trained,
  • Problem-solving skills, good observation skills, attention to detail, high degree of organization, good communication skills,
  • Ability to learn and integrate our PHC program with on-site experience
