Monday – Friday, Day Shift

Work directly with the International Office for all processes and requirements related to acquiring immigration, facilitate logistic of visits for both students, as well as faculty/administrators that site visit as part of the exchange agreement. Assist Graduate Program staff with: details and organization of events. Provide Graduate Program and Graduate Student Support for Orofacial Pain and Periodontics divisions.

Event coordination, familiarity with UK policies and processes, understanding the student and academic cycles, working knowledge of VISA and citizenship regulations,

Direct paid experience assisting faculty and graduate students in VISA and citizenship issues preferred.
