Physical Requirements | The physical requirements of this position will include: occasional standing and/or walking with objects up to 25lbs; regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods with regular repetitive motions (such as typing); and occasional (<10% of the time) job related travel. |

Job Summary | Works with Department and Senior Leadership in managing teams through strategic problem solving, solution development, and implementation planning and tracking across a range of strategic issues. Assists Strategy Manager with strategic planning activities related to service line activities and enterprise-level projects, including the College of Medicine. Responsible for market scanning, monitoring, and analytical support of complex issues to determine the feasibility of operational and investment decisions Plays a key role in recommending enterprise initiatives activities to leadership based on market trends, gaps-in-service, and other foundational enterprise opportunities. Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Team Leads and Project Initiative Owners for foundational enterprise strategies, Directors in EPMO, Marketing & Branding, and Corporate Communications for strategy alignment, and will be expected to collaborate with all members of the office of Enterprise Strategy. Manages the relationships with The Advisory Board Company coordinating the utilization of enterprise-wide membership across the organization. Partner with physician leads, senior leadership, service line administrators, and peers in finance, human resources, Office of Patient Experience, corporate communications, and marketing. Manage initiatives against plans to deliver tangible results and understand, monitor, and report on key project indicators, including financial and schedule metrics. This position will facilitate the integration of key findings into Service Line and System initiatives and related work with the Physician Liaisons, Service Line, and Marketing Departments. Preferred Education/Experience | A Master’s degree from a recognized college or university in Business Administration, Business Management, Health Administration, or business-related field is preferred. Five (5) years of work experience in strategic planning with demonstrated skills in project management and analysis as well as experience in a complex, matrix and academic medical center environments is preferred. |
