**Job Description Summary**

The Strategic Accounts Executive is responsible for managing the long-term success of GEs relationship with an assigned set of key accounts in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and GE Healthcare. The Strategic Accounts Executive is responsible for driving strategy and business growth through influencing the appropriate internal and external stakeholders. The Strategic Accounts Executive will build executive business relationship with CXO level to define and implement short, medium- and long-term planning. The assigned Accounts are typically large multi-region, market leading, and highly strategic health systems, governments, large private/public chains, Group Purchasing Organizations, etc. The Strategic Accounts Executive is responsible for proactively developing and executing a One GE Healthcare business strategy that capitalizes on the strength of GE Healthcares broad portfolio of products, services and solutions and is expected to lead and secure large, strategic, cross-P&L customer purchases. The Strategic Accounts Executive will operate alongside other members of GE Healthcares product, commercial and service leaders to ensure unified accountability of strategy execution.



**Job Description**



**Key Responsibilities**



+ Provide strategic leadership and direction for the GE Healthcare Account Team across defined key accounts

+ Development of long-term customer relationships through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs

+ Facilitate and lead a program of regular structured business reviews with key customers that provide a focal point for discussions between the Customer and GEHC across the various leadership tiers in both organisations

+ Build relationships, develop a business strategy, and maximize business opportunities for all GE Healthcare businesses, products & services within allocated accounts/territory.

+ Represent One GE Healthcare and acts as a primary customer point of contact in the allocated accounts/territory.

+ Provide on-going feedback to management, product teams, services and marketing

+ Achieve sales, orders and margin targets for GEHC sales in assigned strategic accounts

+ Is accountable for timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline and sales per the normal reporting cycles

+ Is responsible for driving optimal operating mechanisms to monitor and track progress of opportunities in the pipeline as well as forecasting performance against Operating Plan, with their teams

+ Develop business plans and strategy that creates new business opportunities for all GE Healthcare products & services

+ Lead and leverage the Account Team, including Product Sales Specialists, Account Managers, Service Operations, and other Company resources to provide the necessary technical, clinical and business content to customers as needed

+ Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the business of the assigned accounts, including customers key initiatives and priorities, and keep GE Healthcare Business Leaders informed and appropriately involved

+ Develop & implement Goto-Market plans for defined accounts utilising cross functional teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts. Grow GEs share of customer investments in capital and operational expenditures

+ Establish and enhance relationships at CXO level with defined accounts through responsive resolution of issues and addressing customer needs by integrating all appropriate GE Healthcare resources.

+ Promote service offerings to identify and escalate commercial service needs to drive customer NPS

+ As a senior leader need to ensure seamless teamwork with Service and other channels to provide total customer satisfaction

+ Build long term strategic alliance with defined accounts to continue to add value.

+ Ensure appropriate level of product and clinical understanding to aid in providing effective discussion and solutions

+ Ensure and validate up to date knowledge of product positioning and differentiation messages

+ Ensure knowledge of and compliance of integrity and company policies



**Quality Specific Goals**



+ Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position

+ Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

+ Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

+ Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Intl Law is broken.

+ Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Intl Law is broken

+ Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.

+ Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.



**Required Qualifications**



+ Education to Bachelor Degree level.

+ 7+ years experience in Business Management or Sales/Marketing.

+ 3+ years experience in closing large, complex, strategic deals.

+ Proven key account management and project planning skills.

+ Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels.

+ Proven track record on relationship building skills.

+ High level presentation skills; able to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.



**Preferred Qualifications**



+ Master's degree

+ Healthcare experience

+ Direct and/or indirect management experience; managing in a matrix organization.

+ Deep knowledge of GE Healthcare and the products and services offered.
