Physical Requirements | Sitting for long periods, lifting, pushing or pulling of objects up to 20 lbs. |
Shift | M-F; variable 10-15 hours per week |
Job Summary | With supervision from the PI, perform qualitative research tasks including reviewing study interview transcripts, applying a structured coding scheme to study data, analyzing themes, and writing basic summaries of findings. Assist with data collection including consent, enrollment, and program visits as needed. Assist with conducting literature reviews. Engage in regular communication and meetings with the PI and other study personnel to discuss analysis. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods and analysis; Comfort with Microsoft programs including Word and Excel; Knowledge of video conferencing platforms such as Zoom; Ability to work independently; Excellent communication skills. Experience with NVivo and SPSS software is a plus. Content knowledge of substance use disorder is a plus. |
