Job Summary | The Internal Medicine-Medicine Specialties clinic seeks an individual to schedule outpatient procedures, ancillary testing, and consultation appointments for the divisions of Gastroenterology, Pulmonary and Nephrology. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to, greeting patients, scheduling and coordination of appointments diagnostic testing and procedures, insurance verification, communicating information with patients via the telephone and in person, and answering telephone calls. This position supports the Gastroenterology providers with the creation and maintenance of pathology result letters. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | This position requires the ability to multi-task, provide exceptional customer service, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, both in person and telephone, organizational and computers.
