Job Summary

This position is for the College of Dentistry Call Center. The person in this position will have a primary responsibility of answering and responding to incoming calls and scheduling. The STEPS Patient Relations Assistant may provide registration/patient check-in, appointment scheduling, patient check-out, maintain patient medical files, and provide excellent customer service.

Customer service focus, teamwork, effective written & verbal communication, empathy, judgment, problem solving, organizational knowledge, attention to detail, accuracy, computer literacy, 95% accuracy on skills assessment, 95% accuracy on audit, computer literacy, proficiency with sequential numbers, sensitive to patient privacy

Preferred Education/Experience

Prefer candidates with medical/dental office experience.
