● A four-year degree in a relevant media program
 ● Hands-on production experience
 ● A demo reel is required for consideration 

Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time, help with setting up studios for recordings.

Mainly M-F 8am-5pm; some evenings or weekends may be required to accommodate recordings.  40 hours per week. 

The Multimedia production and support position will assist UK Online in the creation of media assets for online courses. The position will produce photos, videos, audio, and other resources. An eye for pacing and visual appeal while creating the materialswill be important to maintain the engagement of the audience.  The position will primarily be on the main campus with field work taking place as well. Remote work may include the capture of lectures, interviews, and demonstrations. The final product is expected to be a well-produced piece that effectively conveys
 the information both audibly and visually. The videographer will occasionally be asked to take photographs in the field, so a strong knowledge of photography is a plus. Studio productions will be a combination of screen capture, interviews, and lectures that will be recorded at the Faculty Media Depot. Studio recorded footage will be cut together with additional assets to increase visual appeal and continuity. 

Technical Skills:
 ● Experience with Adobe Premiere or equivalent editing
 software
 ● Experience with graphics production in Adobe After Effects
 ● Knowledge of field and studio production as it pertains to
 video, audio, and lighting
 ● Able to coordinate preproduction and production elements of
 small to medium scale recordings
 ● Understanding of media formats and best practices for web
 video workflows
 ● Photography experience is a plus
 ● Adobe Photoshop proficiency
 ● Media asset management knowledge
