UK ITS Customer Services assists Students, Faculty, and Staff by providing technical services over the phone, email, and ServiceNow Requests. This position will be responsible for supporting ITS
 customers and resolving technical computing issues during the beginning of the Fall semester. 

Required Skills: Excellent customer service skills, experience supporting Windows and Mac OS, troubleshooting over telephone, email setup on mobile devices and laptops, Preferred candidates will have some technical knowledge with active directory, call center, or customer service experience, and demonstrate the ability to learn additional skills as needed.
