Create WBT using adult learning methods and best practicesUse online adult learning methods and best practices to optimize web-based trainings from content provided by subject matter experts in offices and departments across the university. Build content into editable format, quick reference guides, and then into Adobe Captivate to be housed in the myUK LMS. Utilize voices, images, graphics as necessary to highlight key learningobjectives and goals of each topic. Create relevant quiz questions for the audience. Produce and maintain processes for quality assurance standards, annual WBT review updates, and strategically planned timelines for future WBT development.
