Job Summary

Produce interactive learning modules utilizing one or more specialized delivery modes, such as instructor-led, Web Based, and/or Video Based Training.
Work collaboratively with team to develop a curricula outline, determine training objectives and timeline for deliverables, and analyze instructional outcomes.

Work with Subject Matter experts to plan, develop and deliver high quality online learning modules.

Oversee formative and summative evaluation data collection, provide feedback and recommend changes.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Will require both independent and team work, basic knowledge of using a content/learning management system, and strong oral and written communication. Candidate should have an understanding of Microsoft Office, web based editing through WordPress, as well as video editing and streaming services. Candidate should be well-versed in accessibility and universal design for learning principles and techniques.
