Greet patients, visitors, vendors, and employees upon entry to facilities. Screen specific targets (i.e. patients and visitors) by asking a series of questions regarding symptoms of specific illnesses. Provide proper PPE to those entering. Liaison between departments/ units/ clinics and patients and visitors upon entry to UKHC. Problem solve issues that arise with patients and visitors and escalate as necessary. Collect information/data as necessary.

Organization, attention to detail, professional communication, teamwork, customer service, prefer knowledge of UKHC policies and procedures.
