Shift | The normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours/week). However, we can discuss flexibility in scheduling. |
Job Summary | The STEPS Employee Records Clerk will help as needed in the Employee Records area of Human Resources. Work may include, but is not limited to, alphabetizing, filing, preparing documents and scanning them into the system, retrieving employee records information. Other duties may include assisting with the No For Rehire process and helping with the Verifications of Employment (VOE) process. The Records Clerk will perform other office duties as assigned, such as compiling packets, sending faxes, making copies, etc. The normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00pm. However, we can discuss flexibility in scheduling. With this position, you may be eligible for health benefits (medical/dental/vision plans) if working 30 hours per week on average. |
