In addition to Lexington’s main campus, we have a satellite campus at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas.

To continue to advance our eLearning opportunities, we are looking to hire an eLearning Design Specialist. This position works as part of a larger team that reports directly to the Associate Dean for Academic and Student Affairs.

As an eLearning Design Specialist, a typical day may include the following:

  • Work with academic units to design and develop content for online courses, trainings, and programs;
  • Establish/monitor/adhere to project development timeframes and milestones;
  • Engage with instructors to develop and assess course outcomes;
  • Ensure accessibility standards are met;
  • Partner with units to review/develop media assets, to include video, graphics, learning interactions, etc.; and,
  • Assist in implementing strategic changes to improve LMS structure/support.
