M-F Day Shift

The person in this position assists dentist with 4-handed dentistry. Prepares tray setups for commonly performed procedures. Obtains radiographs as instructed by dentist. Inserts and finishes temporary, composite and amalgam restorations, with minimal adjustment required by the dentist. Places sealants. Takes opposing impressions, packs cord and fabricates temporary for crown and bridge procedures. Pours and trims diagnostic models. Constructs custom acrylic trays. Fabricates temporary crowns. Prepares case for delivery to lab; ensures quality impression, bite registration, shade, lab slip complete, before sending to lab. Prepares, cleans and sterilizes instruments and supplies according to proper procedure.
