The University of Kentucky is seeking a Community Health Worker (CHW) to support and coordinate Community Health Days as part of the COVID 19: Increasing the COVID-19 Vaccination Rates in Rural Appalachia Kentucky HRSA grant. Responsibilities include: work with the county coordinators, local agencies and stakeholders to arrange Community Health Days, educate community members about the COVID 19 vaccine; complete surveys to assess any concerns or barriers to being vaccinated, and responsible for data entry and collecting information for reporting requirements.
