Job Summary | The Department of Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics is recruiting for STEPS Administrative Support Associate to support their daily operational needs. This position will assist with the process of active faculty recruitment, employment, HR/Payroll, and provide support in managing the Chair’s calendar. This position will also help with other administrative tasks given by other members of the Central Business Office. The preferred candidate will have knowledge of Concur, SAP, Tableau, and UK’s Business Procedures of Policies as well as be skilled in all Microsoft office products, Strong Communication Skills; Detail-Oriented; Organizational skills. This position will have an entirely on-site work arrangement within the College of Medicine. |
