Role Summary:GE is looking for a motivated, experienced technical professional to independently own core governance and oversight activities associated with the Invoice to Cash applications currently supported by a third party partner. This role will be the central point of contact for all business unit DT leadership for strategy and issues associated with invoice to cash platforms and will be accountable for ensuring partner SLAs are accurately reported.

Essential Responsibilities: The Staff Technical Program Manager will lead the governance activities for 6+ applications that are currently being operated by one of GEs largest third party partners. In addition to ensuring the in-scope applications are SOX compliant, this individual will be responsible for managing a large number of contractors and ensuring the internal application reporting structure is aligned with operational reality.

Responsible for managing the governance of all resources (access approvals, gatekeeping, escalations, general sponsorship), lead and drive the SLA dashboard, and work on general process improvement projects.

Lead process improvement projects

Manage the day to day sponsorship of the relevant resources (application lifecycle management, access gatekeeping, escalation, approvals)

Own the SLA dashboard, ensuring accurate metrics, driving improvement, and delivering new user stories

Manage purchase orders, validate partner billings are accurate, and provide approvals

Maintain effective working relationship with business leaders, PMs, End Users and partners to ensure contract execution with quality.

Effectively communicate (i.e. status, issues, and escalations) to leadership and other various levels of the Organization.

Resolving/ signing off on SOX deficiency remediations.

Interfacing with CoreTech for infrastructure requirements and changes

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in IT Project Management
