**Job Description Summary**

The Product Line Leader (PLL) will develop innovative products to support a broad range of data-centric analytical applications across the Renewable Energy Project Execution, NPI and Engineering functions. Your priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders: Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Service Owners and Developers.

**Roles and Responsibilities**



In this role, you will:



As the PLL, you will be essential in identifying the business needs in visualized metrics for the Project Execution, NPI and Engineering functions. This includes business requirements collection, understanding the end-state product design, and associated development, deployment, and training activities leveraging leading-edge toolsets. The selected candidate will direct strategy and execution to transform Project Execution, NPI and Engineering data into insights, oversee the functions roadmap, and ensure applicable governance to position data as an asset.



Essential Responsibilities:



+ Lead strategy & fulfillment of the Project Execution, NPI, Engineering & Analytics product roadmap across Renewable Energy.

+ Partner with the both the business and RENDT Project Execution, NPI & Engineering teams and the RENDT D&A Development team to execute on priorities.

+ Establish a deep understanding of our internal customers business and technical needs.

+ Manage the Project Execution, NPI & Engineering data governance strategy for compliance and regulatory purposes in addition to a value-driven framework to inventory, curate, and manage enterprise data as an asset.

+ Understand core data structures and algorithms that meet standards and deliver desired functionality, and performance using chosen technology.

+ Work with functional stakeholders to understand Project Execution, NPI & Engineering requirements & vision and translate them into prioritized list of user stories with timelines and quality standards.

+ Work directly with the development team to ensure clear understanding of translated requirements, develop schedule for planned delivery user stories and identify & mitigate any risks associated to the schedule

+ Communicate effectively both within immediate team and stakeholders, working cross-functionally with other business departments to align activities and deliverables.

+ Own the design and execution of Project Execution, NPI & Engineering data delivery strategies tailored to Renewable Energy. This will include identifying a strategy for data delivery via applications, reporting tools, self-service capabilities, etc.

+ Understand the importance of communicating to direct management, partner CIOs and the entire D&A to raise risks and mitigation plans



Qualifications/Requirements



+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent (STEM) or equivalent experience.

+ Some experience as developer in data visualization solutions or Masters Degree with some experience.

+ Strong experience of design & development of data centric applications leveraging data from enterprise data lake.

+ Expert level knowledge of modern BI platforms like Tableau, Power BI.

+ Business / Functional understanding in 1 or more core business processes, Unifier, Primavera n being preferred, others include, renFinance, Commercial, Services, etc.).

+ Excellent application development skills, as demonstrated by having led, designed and implemented successful projects.

+ Strong desire for exploring, evaluating and understanding new technologies.

+ Ability to hit tight deadlines and work under pressure.

+ Ability to build / maintain strong relationships, effectively partner with peers, and possess excellent verbal / written communication skills.

+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions in a matrix environment.

+ Self-motivated, resourceful and quick learner able to efficiently seek out, learn, & apply new areas of expertise as needed.

+ Technical acumen to interface with technologists, understand complex concepts and translate in a way that businesses, customers or industry can understand.
