In this pivotal role, you will be working for Technology Support Network Systems in Western Union. You will be responsible for the following:

Role Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, documents, and engineer Genesys Cloud solutions for projects.
• Identifies and evaluates new technology for updating equipment, adding capabilities and enhancing existing systems.
• Recommends optimal enterprise communication systems solution to meet business needs.
• Performs on-call support.
• Works Genesys tickets.
• Other duties as assigned.

Role Requirements

• 8+ years designing or administrating call center environments with demonstrated in-depth Genesys mastery.
• 5+ years experience in Genesys SIP.
• 3+ years experience in Genesys reporting; Informart, Interactive Insights and Pulse.
• Genesys Engage Cloud SME level experience.
• The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a very fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Extensive knowledge of call center environments and routing with specific knowledge and experience with Genesys call center applications and routing.
• Strong background in Call Center Engineering and Architecture.
• Oracle SBC design and configuration is a plus.

Salary

The annual gross base salary range is $ 99,700.00 $160,000.00 per year. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus.
