The Sr Manager, Logistics and Fulfillment Operations will support the broader Business Operations Team to ensure access and availability of NARCAN (naloxone HCl) Nasal Spray. The positions primary responsibilities include managing US Logistics via our 3PL partner, OTC product retailer distribution, vendor management, and deduction resolution.

- Support Business Operations
- ManageThird Party Logistics partner
- Reviewcustomer delivery lead times and update as required.
- Coordinaterouting guide changes with 3PL including updating of logistics providers
- Overseeand manage the investigations of our LSPs (Logistic Service Providers) on transportation events and timely CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
- Manage distribution of an over the counter (OTC) product directly to retailers at launch and beyond.
- Support Trade & Distribution with wholesaler/distributor and OTC retailer (e.g. Wal-Mart, CVS, Walgreens, others) inventory management including retailer supply chain collaboration on vendor logistics score cards
- Identifydeductions and resolvediscrepancies with finance
- ReconcileReturnsand provide guidance to 3PL.
- Supportsupply chain in managing Inventory for multiple SKUS and Items
- Contribute to Contingency and Business Continuity Planning
- Serveas point of contact with relevant vendors (display units, repackagers, brokers, etc)
- Reconcileinvoice discrepancies with 3PL
- Identify and implementcontinuous improvement initiatives.
- Contributeto streamlining and leaning of the order to cash process.
- Developand updaterelevant SOPs
- Communicateon all known supply risks and interruptions into region, and work with logistic partners and internal stakeholders on best solutions and mitigations
- Drivecompliance improvements and adhering to GDP standards (Good Distribution Practices).
- Collaboratewith global supply chain, project teams, cross-functional team members and external integration partner(s)
- Developand communicateplans to increase awareness and support of the need for change to relevant stakeholders
- Implementstrategies to ensure timely product delivery under challenging circumstances.
- Provide support to Analytics and Insights team, as needed
- Supportbudget and estimate processes; and identifying and implementing cost reduction opportunities.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
- Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably in business or supply chain management
- Lean six sigma and/or CSCP Certification a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing logistics for a pharmaceutical product
- Experience with over the counter (OTC) medication distribution required
- Ability to think through and execute data gathering, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs
- Keen ability to understand, interpret and communicate data with business stakeholders and executives at the right level
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and strong overall presentation and influencing skills, assertiveness, and ability to interact and gain support of senior management
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in meetings
- Strong understanding of end-to-end global supply principals (financial and material flows, linkages, lead times, systems, strategic planning, supply network planning, budgeting, business acumen, inventory) and experience using SAP
- Strong general business acumen
- Ability to understand, and passionate to assist those suffering from chronic substance abuse, dependency and the comorbid conditions often associated
- Ability to build strong relationships and meet the needs of customers is essential
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, often with little direction and supervision
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple high priorities, identify resource needs, drive to completion, prepare reports, and evaluate results
