Sr. Manager, Global Variable Compensation-Healthcare Digital

Role Summary:Variable compensation is an important lever to drive adoption of new capabilities, performance and profitability. Sr. Manager, Global Variable Compensation-Healthcare Digital is responsible for leading the creation of a centralized, consistent, and software-centric approach to variable compensation across the Healthcare Digital organization, globally. This person is responsible for both the strategy and the execution of this process and variable compensation plans.

Essential Responsibilities:



+ Create new global centralized approach, processes and practices for variable compensation across Healthcare Digital.



+ Own both strategy and execution of Variable Compensation plans, working collaboratively across regions, HR, finance and commercial excellence.



+ Facilitate the shift to a software-centric sales organization through incentive models/methods particularly as the business continues to introduce more subscription and SaaS products.



+ Deploy variable compensation plans to field in all regions per the GEHC and region/country requirements.



+ Manage the escalation process for inquiries from field regarding VC payments



+ Ensure payment schedules are communicated and met in each region, working closely with region Commercial Operations and Variable Compensation teams.



+ Create special incentive plans to drive specific business needs





Qualifications/Requirements:



+ Bachelors Degree



+ Minimum of 10 years of professional experience including demonstrated experience in Sales or Sales Operations/Support.



+ Proven experience creating and managing variable compensation plans in a software business.



+ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

+ Previous experience in enterprise software, digital solutions



+ Managing and prioritizing multiple projects, often through ambiguity

+ Experience in other commercial functions: product, marketing, etc.



+ Ability to set a clear vision, priorities, and inspire



+ Expertise with Salesforce.com





+ Experience identifying, evaluating, and working with other commercial tools and modules related to SFDC



+ Background in influencing and leading cross-functional teams towards execution of a strategic initiative



+ Possesses an external perspective and challenging the status quo



+ Strong intellectual curiosity, desire to identify the why and to solve problems



+ Independent, self-directed, strong attention to detail



+ Growth mindset, executing quickly to test and learn



+ Excited by change and the opportunity of the unknown
