Job Description

The COE Lead is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational oversight and management of the U.S. Multichannel Management COE. Working across the iMCM functions this individual provides strategic input and guidance on the effective and efficient operations of customer engagement channels as well as the utilization of marketing data to better inform strategic and tactical decisions. The COE Lead will be heavily focused on aligning leaders within and across the branded and generic businesses on the deployment, utilization and continuous evolution of Tevas integrated multichannel management capabilities.



-Partners with relevant Business, IT and Support Function stakeholders to define and implement the future state of integrated multichannel management and drive the ongoing evolution of Tevas integrated multichannel ecosystem
-Works to increase awareness of iMCM capabilities and collaborates across functions including executive leadership and senior marketing to drive adoption of iMCM COE capabilities
-Quantifies financial impact of iMCM projects on Teva including costs and ROI
-Works to maximize effectiveness on iMCM and brand marketing spend
-Provides leadership and direction to identify and enable new customer engagement capabilities and go to market services
-Accountable for continually evolving the future state roadmap for the iMCM COE and ensuring that the roadmap is aligned to Tevas business priorities and needs
-Continually evaluates the trends, benchmarks, and differentiated customer engagement strategies and evaluates applicability to Teva brands and cross-functional teams.
-Oversees the identification, prioritization, and implementation of new innovative iMCM capabilities, customer engagement platforms, and existing capability enhancements ensuring appropriate staffing and budget allocations
-Provides oversight on the development of iMCM standards and best practices ensuring guidelines are in place for all stakeholders
