Emergent is looking for a talented and experienced Sr. Director of B2B Sales to join our team. As the Sr. Director of B2B sales youll be responsible for the promotion and sales of a first in class non-prescription drug/device (OTC) to ensure sales growth and to increase the market. You will be responsible for the generation and qualification of new leads focused on large B2B accounts (ex. Marriott, Delta, Cintas, etc.) supporting this exciting OTC launch. Youll be asked to make strategic recommendations on new opportunities as well as grow existing business. In addition, you will be expected to solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner for key B2B customers. Also, in partnership with the Director of Shopper Marketing, you will be responsible for building the B2B business plan and to make recommendations on education opportunities that resonate with large corporate partners.

- Responsibility for achieving the sales targets in terms of sales and market share, in accordance with the financial plan and timelines
- Build and execute sales plans and close agreements with all potential customers
- In partnership with the broader Commercial team, develop and drive a B2B go-to-market strategy and plan
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Coordinate with Marketing team to ensure effective implementation of all B2B activities
- Analyzing market trends and competitors activities
- Utilize CRM, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Fully comply with all Emergent compliance policies

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent (advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of B2B OTC sales experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology focused on large corporate accounts (i.e. Marriott, Delta Airlines, Cintas, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills
- Demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative
- Proven ability of critical thinking and problem solving
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Work effectively with diverse groups of people
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing, matrixed environment
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skills
- Strategic thinker, self-starter, and results-oriented
- Excellent business acumen
