**Description:**



The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Third Party Portfolio Team (TPPT) is responsible for ensuring compliant implementation and execution of critical risk management controls for Chief Administrator Officer (CAO) vendor and other third-party activity, as required by the Third Party Program. The CAO TPPT manages the governance and control routines, end to end third party management controls, CAO vendor inventory, and ensures compliance to the Third Party Program requirements.



This role is responsible for ongoing oversight routines and quality management of CAOs Third Party program. This role may have some responsibilities tied to testing/monitoring, issue support and ad hoc support. As part of the responsibilities of the role, this teammate will develop business partner relationships with GTO Third Party Information Security and ADSF Remediation teams, Business Information Support Officers (BISO) and other Third Party Program Stakeholders (Compliance, Risk, and Global Procurement).



**Primary Responsibilities:**



+ Advise on management of third party risk, program requirements and adherence throughout Plan, Source and Manage phases

+ Drive resolution and monitor status of Third Party Information Security and ADSF Assessment Findings

+ Drive adoption and implementation of new or changing program requirements

+ Monitor and report on Third Party Program Scorecard performance, Go-to-Green Plans and vendor key risk indicators (KRI)

+ Maintenance of CAO Program Adherence Plan and other process documentation



**Required Skills**

+ 2+ years project management/execution experience or equivalent Vendor Management Program Experience

+ Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously, strong prioritization and time management skills

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Strong analytical skills

+ Attention to detail and high quality work product(s)

+ Ability to navigate in a highly complex organization and operate effectively in changing environment

+ Vendor Management acumen

+ Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with all levels of management

+ Strong Systems knowledge (VIPR, BICS, VRPM, Ariba, TRAM, Archer, Continuous Monitoring)
