The US Migraine Consumer Sr. Associate Marketing, Onboarding & Adherence will be responsible for executing key elements of the Consumer marketing strategy and patient-focused touch-points critical to commercial success of Aimovig, Amgen's preventive migraine treatment. Critical to the role will be managing patient engagement opportunities like developing and evangelizing an in-depth understanding of the migraine consumer and defining and executing opportunities to continue to disrupt this competitive space leveraging diverse elements of the marketing mix and patient experience. The Consumer Sr. Associate Marketing, Onboarding & Adherence will partner heavily with internal and external cross-functional partners and be responsible for developing and managing patient focused initiatives, including creative development and execution at point of care, through the patient onboarding process, and follow up to support patient adherence and loyalty.

Responsibilities include:
  • Support the development and implementation of an innovative, disruptive consumer communications plan at point of care, through onboarding and a loyalty/adherence program that delights patients.
  • Support execution of point-of-care (POC), onboarding and adherence marketing tactics, ensuring creative excellence and integration with overall consumer marketing strategy and existing campaigns.
  • Lead tracking of adherence/Point-of-care KPIs and budget, recommending optimization where needed.
  • Project management across multiple projects
  • Support development and execution of point of care, adherence partnerships and speaker programs maximizing ROI, value add and performance.
  • Manage patient database
  • Cross functional team leadership to drive execution with internal partners.
  • Lead key patient-related assets through legal/regulatory approvals
  • Implement test and learns to support marketing innovation
  • Work with multiple agency partners to ensure pull-through of strategic feedback into final execution


Basic Qualifications:

Master's degree

OR

Bachelor's degree and 2 years ofmarketing and/or sales experience

OR

Associate's degree and 6 years ofmarketing and/or sales experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 8 years ofmarketing and/or sales experience

Preferred Competencies/Skills:
  • Technical marketing competencies: Understanding of marketplace/consumer analysis and insight generation, execution excellence (asset development and metric development/tracking).
  • Database marketing management including understanding how to read and interpret topline data
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication effectiveness: The ability to effectively develop recommendations based on business rationale and influence senior marketing management.
  • Ability to distill complex information from multiple sources into simple and impactful tactical recommendations
