Perform tasks related to warehousing activities and releasing materials into production. Supply Chain Material Flow will perform a role focused on material flows, from warehouse picking to point of use delivery, optimization and Standard Work definition, ensuring the respect of warehousing and packaging requirements.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Ensure a Replenishment process facilitates that materials and components are supplied to production line in proper quantity, time and on the specific workshop space agreed with Production teams, ensuring cost effective utilization of resources, ensuring quality of materials is not compromised.

+ Ensure a Replenishment process facilitates that all materials and components transactions and movements are controlled and registered accurately, and in time, into the ERP system.

+ Ensure a Replenishment process that facilitates control of materials consumption in Production, highlighting deviations to Production and local Engineering teams for mitigation of local BOM.

+ Support fine-tuning of the Standard Replenishment process when it is relevant due to significant changes on blade sizes or on the manufacturing process.

+ Deal with workplaces organization and re-layout activities.

+ Support continuous improvements actions on the materials replenishment process, aligned with plant Logistics teams.

+ Analyze and create visibility of current Material Flows (from Warehouse to Point of Use) at each LM plant.

+ Identify improvement opportunities (and gaps vs standard) for each plant.

+ Ensure development/implementation of solutions for the Material Handling and Flow opportunities identified.

+ Participate in working groups and kaizen events per plant to apply Problem Solving and generate track on developing improvements for Material Handling and Flow and to implement standard process.

+ Build relationships across shop operations to guarantee execution of improvements activities with quality execution and engagement.

+ Participate in meetings, complete/resolve actions received, and flag critical issues

+ Cooperate with local, regional and global functions.

+ Demonstrate ability to map processes of possible consequences of decisions, to work out the importance of individual factors, and to choose the best course of action.

+ Act as a service-minded partner to all other internal departments particularly to Plants and Production Engineering.

+ Facilitate the communication, acknowledge, acceptance and adoption of the Standard Replenishment Process.

+ Identify and develop needed documentation describing Standard Replenishment process (including equipment and systems).

+ Ensure process is properly included/updated into BMS

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree Engineering (preferable Industrial Engineering) with at least 2 years of experience working on process improvements or related to the Logistics area in a plant.

**Desired Characteristics**

+ Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
